Gentle Yoga
A class recommended for new students and
those who desire a gentle yoga class. This class
offers a more detailed description of poses at a
more moderate pace. You will gain a solid foundation
to develop a safe yoga practice.
Flow Yoga
A light class varies by level and instructor which
combines traditional postures with Vinyasa
transitions. Classes will usually include sun-salutations,
standing, seated, and inverted poses linked with breath.
Yoga-lates
Fusing yoga and pilates together. The best of yoga with
the core stabilization techniques of pilates. This class will
strengthen and tone core muscles. This class provides a
great abdominal workout, emphasis on correct spinal
placement, and pelvic alignment.
Pilates Mat
Pilates Mat classes combine spine stabilization techniques, flexibility
training and strength training. All movements are practiced with proper body
alignment and are also linked to breath. Pilates builds long lean core
abdominal muscles. This class will help improve posture, strengthen core
muscles and help support your lower back
Private lessons will be offered at the studio, office, or
directly to your home. Yoga was originally taught on a
one-to-one basis from teacher to student. This is a
wonderful way for beginners to build a practice and it
provides a strong foundation.
