As the holiday season approaches, We have made major changes to our programs. Our Totowa studio has closed and all classes will now be offered in either a corporate setting, at your home or office, or at out peaceful home studio in Montville, New Jersey. This change will benifit all by keeping class pricing low an expanding our program by offering a teacher training class.This state of the art   home studio, better suits our needs. Yoga and Pilates classes help promote the physical and spiritual well-being of each individual by achieving an optimal state of health and harmony. I hope you all had a fabulous summer and are still enjoying the wonderful wheather outside. We are in the process of putting together a new fall schedule. Classes will be offered morning, afternoon and early evening is several locations. Please email us and let us know what time and day and which location you are most interested in and we will try to accommodate as many people as we can.

Yoga, the unique form of exercise embraced by millions in the US, is helping kids (and their parents) by reducing stress and hyper-activity while growing strong, limber bodies with proper posture. Many schools have implemented yoga into their programs because it works. Teachers agree that kids practicing yoga increase their concentration and attention span. In addition they have high self-esteem and a stronger respect for themselves and others. Over the summer we will be offering a Workshop for children. Check back for  the exact dates and times of this new and intuitive workshop

With the showers behind us, and spring flowers starting to bloom, we are feeling particularly grateful for the arrival of Spring this year. Spring has arrived in the studio this month, in the form of our new class schedule, which starts on May 1,2007. By overwhelming request, our Thursday morning 9:00 am class is being changed from a Gentle Yoga class to a Pilates Mat class.
This class will focus on core abdominal strength and forced exhalation breathing techniques.
