Please arrive to class early, so we can start on time

It is best not to eat a large meal for 2 hours prior to class

FAQ'S

What should I bring to class?
A yoga mat is necessary. You can borrow one from class or purchase one at the studio.

Will Yoga help me lose weight?
Losing weight is a matter of changing the balance between calories in and out. A yoga exercise program, combined with a sensible diet will give you the results you desire.

Will I get bulky?
Yoga and Yoga-lates build long, lean muscles. All the moves are designed to elongate , strengthen and tone rather than add bulk

I haven't exercised in a long time, can I do yoga?
Absolutely yes, if you have a medical issue, please get clearance from a doctor. Yoga is done at an individual pace and all poses can be modified to meet your individual needs.
